There are different ways to get this job done including:
Cardiovascular Exercise: This type of exercise improves the function of the heart and lungs (cardiovascular system). A fit cardiovascular system delivers about 25% more oxygen per minute at rest and 50% more oxygen during physical exertion. More oxygen “at rest” means a calmer, more focused and happier mind and an energized body that feels good by day, rests well by night and wakes up ready to charge.

Resistance Exercise: This type of exercise reduces bone deterioration and build bone mass, preventing osteoporosis, eliminated neck and back aches and pains. Weight lifting is one of the best ways to affect this type of workout. Finally, a A Harvard study found that just 10 weeks of strength training reduced clinical depression symptoms more successfully than standard counseling. And, women who strength train reported feeling more confident and capable as a result of their program, all important factors in fighting depression. Sounds good. More importantly, it feels GREAT.
